Sports Rehabilitation Department, former soccer player Shin Seung-won and business administration model student Kwon Jae-yoon's campus romance Business Administration Department Kwon Jae-yoon has surgery for tinnitus in his left ear and returns to campus a year later, where he encounters Shin Seung-won, whom he had a crush on five years ago.
