Summary
Though they seem like regular high school students, Haseo and Shinobu are the main characters in this story. The two are actually vigilantes who keep the streets of Neo Tokyo safe at night. As the wicked group Eternity wreaks havoc all across Japan, Haseo Oshino and Shinobu Koyomi are forced to take a stand and become True Heroes.
