The first segment of the narrative takes place in U.C. 0091 right after the First Neo Zeon War has ended. It revolves around the ReZeon forces that have gathered on Mars and their newly appointed head, Alicia Zabi, who assumes the role of Supreme Commander. She greets the remaining members of the Titans seeking sanctuary in the Martian headquarters. The second installment is known as "Arcadia of Zwitterion."

The story follows Kyouda Shirou, from settling an argument with plamo battle to becoming the Japan representative of the 'World Simulation Tournament' and the battle at Hobbytopia. Along the way original plamo designs were created which began the MSV series and BB Senshi series.

How far would you travel for the love of your life? Amid an extraterrestrial attack, Mikako becomes a member of the rebellion and parts ways with her beloved. As she ventures further into the cosmos, Mikako's sole form of contact with her partner is via text message. The conflict persists and time elapses, yet Mikako endures the perpetual youthfulness of space as Noboru ages. How can the affection shared between the separated duo withstand the ravages of war?

The Earth Federation Forces dispatches a group of investigators to the severed Axis which is drifting outside the Earth Sphere. Two civilians participate as members of the research group: Arlette Almage and Danton Hyleg. Both have pasts with government service to the Principality of Zeon and Neo Zeon as an engineer and test pilot. Having infiltrated Axis, the investigators come under attack inside a base where no one should be. Arlette and Dalton are confronted with an incident they never imagined.

Following the events of Skull Heart, Tobia and his companions encounter Europa, Crux Dogate's second wife and an original villain from Crossbone. She forewarns them about a resurgent Jupiter Empire invasion. The F-99 "Recordbreaker" is a noteworthy mobile suit, resembling Crossbone Gundams and being the first to utilize the "Wings of Light," which later became synonymous with the V2 Gundam.

Prior to the One Year War, Zionic Co. was in the process of creating a novel class of manned robots, which eventually became known as Mobile Suits, that utilized a thermonuclear reactor safeguarded by Minovsky particles as its energy source. The project was assigned to Hosioka, a seemingly inferior steelworks company, due to confidentiality and safety concerns.

The year is U.C. 0079 and the One Year War is coming to an end. Leading the "Hunter of Black Clothes" squadron for the Principality of Zeon is Major Wolfgang, whose black Zaku has served as inspiration for the squad's name. Their atmospheric patrols have caused concern for the Federation, dubbing them as "GM Hunters." It is during a fight against a GM squadron just outside the atmosphere that Wolfgang's fate is sealed.

The events of the anime series Macross Δ prequel take place 9 years prior to the main anime.

After a catastrophic war decimated 80% of humanity, The Third, a clan of creatures distinguished by their third red eye which enables them to access different computer systems, keep a watchful eye on Earth. Hikaru, Fuu, and Umi find themselves transported to Cephiro once more, but they are puzzled as to how it happened without a Pillar in place. Upon reuniting with old acquaintances, they discover that the realm is in disrepair as it lacks a stable Pillar. Meanwhile, they encounter foreign gates that have opened and their leaders covet the Pillar for their own self-serving desires. With Cephiro on the brink of extinction, the trio sets off to rescue it from its impending doom.
