The story takes place in the same official Code Geass history as the anime, but in a different era. The title character, Renya, is a 17-year-old boy with a mechanical left arm and shuriken throwing stars as his weapons of choice. The story begins when Renya encounters a mysterious, perpetually young witch named "Reifuu C.C." C.C. has appeared in Japan's historical Edo era to seek a new partner for a covenant. Meanwhile, a mysterious man, with a striking resemblance to the character Lelouch of the original anime, also appears with unknown intentions.

The Empire of Britannia invaded Japan using giant robot weapons called Knightmare Frames. Japan was reduced to Area 11, an imperial colony, and its people referred to as the Elevens. When he stumbles on a terrorist group of Elevens who are caught by a Britannian task force after stealing a military secret, Lelouch is unexpectedly reunited with Suzaku, who works as a member of the Britannian military. As the rest of the task force arrives, Suzaku is shot for disobeying orders, while the military secret, a young girl, gives Lelouch the power to make anyone obey any order. Taking command of the terrorists, Lelouch adopts the alias "Zero" and begins his rebellion to crush Britannia once and for all. However, his greatest friend soon becomes one of his most troubling enemies when Suzaku becomes the pilot of Britannia's new test model Knightmare, the Lancelot. Note: Storyline is a bit different than the anime.

He's also among the Four Founders of Eden, identified as Heike Masaomi the Wonder. He's got the capacity to control light Heike seems to be pretty tall (at least 180 cm). He's quite buff, although slender. He has yellow irises at the same time, and has pretty long silver hair that is white. Among his characteristics that are concealed is that he's got no brows as Toki stated early in the manga. (Heike seems to dis-like this significantly, but it's barely detected due to his hair). Heike's normal dress (his black jacket) has gear assembled into it so that you can avoid his electricity from being over used (he provides an extremely glowing, harmful light once this has been been eliminated).
