Akiyama first came across seeing Hana in the corner of the television screen when some nameless female kickboxer was being interviewed. Since then, he was smitten and went to all three of her matches, but then all of a sudden, she stopped competing and he became at a loss as to what to do. But then he runs into her by accident on the street on his way home from work and discovers that this woman, who wants to become the world champion, is far more complicated than he could have ever imagined…

Bazalta is a combat association, in which the combatants, or Rankers, are ranked according to their strength. The higher rank you get, the more wealth, fame and power you get, and you may even get the ability to change the world. In short, in Bazalta, "strength is everything". Zig, a young boy from Cantalera, a wandering tribe where fighting and wanting to become stronger is prohibited; after his father fell victim of some monsters, decides to train against the tribe rules, and seeing how despite his training he couldn't save the inhabitants of the tribe from the monsters, he decides to set off on a journey to join Bazalta and make his way to the top.

Summary by SnoopyCool: Dragon Fist follows the exploits of a young dragon that is exiled from his clan after committing a terrible crime. This particular manga has been published one volume per year for the past 12 years, so the artistic style changes rather drastically as you read further on. It's a kind of chronicle of Katayama Shuu's growth as an artist (sorry, but I think mangas like that are pretty cool... you know, no need to read a new manga to see the new style, just keep reading the old one).

500 years before the story of Saiyuki, a heretic child with golden eyes is brought into Heaven. Goku becomes friends with two other minor gods, Marshal Tenpou and General Kenren of the Western Army of Heaven. He also meets a strange little boy who seems to be his own age, the War Prince Nataku. Although Goku is happy in his new home, Heaven is not kind to heretics. There are those who would use Nataku and Goku as tools in an attempt to seize the throne of Heaven, and Konzen, Tenpou, and Kenren may not be able to save them.

It was an era of war between the god of light and the god of darkness when they gave birth to their heirs. The heir born to the god of light was a useless boy,incapable of anything except fighting .
