Zhong Kui, in traditional Chinese culture he was a god who was skilled at dispelling ghosts and other evils. He was born with a fierce and atrocious face. While he was quite ugly, he was also brilliant, outspoken, and tenacious.
This story is not entirely based on tradition. It folows Zhong Kui through a fantasy world of ying and yang.
