Summary
After graduating from college, Ginichirou decides to get a job at the town hall of his hometown, Amenashi-mura (雨無村). In this village, there are only three young people above high school age: Ginichiro, his childhood friend Megumi, and Sumio, a part-time convenience store clerk. Ginichiro is assigned to be a sightseeing guide, but there are no specialties or famous places in this rainless village. Even so, something always happens...!
