The Gundam MSV Ace Pilot Series of Biographies originally ran in Comic Bon Bon magazine from December 1983 until July of 1984 and focused on three heroes: Johnny Ridden, Shin Matsunaga and Roy Greenwood. These same three characters would later pop up (along with Thomas Kurtz) in their own individual stories by Oki Hajime, only this time under the title of “Gundam Pilot Series of Biographies.”

Mikan Sakura grew up with her grandfather on the countryside of Japan. When her best friend, Hotaru, transfers to a prestigious school in Tokyo, Mikan follows her.
