Gekkoukan High School's SEES club appears ordinary on the surface, but their true purpose is to investigate the emergence of Shadows during the enigmatic Dark Hour, which only those with the potential to recall can experience. Those who are unable to recall the Dark Hour are afflicted with Apathy Syndrome. Unbeknownst to himself, transfer student Minato Arisato has the ability to remember. On his arrival, a stranger asks him to sign a contract, and SEES begins to monitor him, believing his potential surpasses that of any current member. During an attack, Minato's "Persona" is awakened, and he joins SEES in their mission to uncover the truth behind the Dark Hour.

A collection of one-shots publlished between 2007-2008 published on various magazines and the Nisekoi pilot chapter: 1. Island (2007, Akamaru Jump) For the last 400 years, an island has been completely surrounded by walls, isolated from the rest of the world. Aira and Marue have always dreamed of voyaging outside the walls, where lies a devastating truth unbeknownst to them. 2. Koi no Kami-sama (2007, Weekly Shonen Jump) Tsuchibe Taichi, a boy who loves shoujo manga and believes in love above all else, ironically has the worst luck in love. His latest attempt in love is at the new transfer student, but a strange otherworldly force seems to be repelling him from her. 3. Williams (2007, Weekly Shonen Jump) William is a young boy who idolizes Aradoff, a character from a popular novel which told Aradoff's adventures, and always dreams of having a grand adventure on his own. William's meeting with the novel author finally puts him on an adventure to prove that the novel is not merely a fiction. 4. Personant (2008, Jump SQ) In the year 3333, everyone wears personants, technologically advanced masks, to maintain equality and peace, because they eliminate the "differences" in people that lead to discrimination and conflict. It has been 100 years since the government implemented this "personant system," so society has adapted. Yet one man exists as the only one in the world without a personant: the wanted criminal Damore! 5. Apple (2008, Young Magazine) The main character (the blond ponytailed guy - yeah, guy) is Aramiya Satoshi, whose main ability is shape-shifting into any animal... though at some point he has plants growing out of him, so he is able shape-shift into any living thing. I'm not sure if he was naturally born that way or if he was a biological experiment. Anyway, he's a pretty easy-going guy who just wants to be left alone to enjoy his solitary life in the middle of a junkyard, but apparently some army or another is always after him because of his ability. Luckily, he is able to fight off entire tank battalions before breakfast.
A real Romeo and Juliet love story. Two opposing Mafia bosses children, Elio and Yvette are in love, but the twist to the story is Yvette's brother is also in love with her!
Long ago, there existed two different groups of people. One had red blood and the other had blue blood. They co-existed peacefully, but eventually they started to hate each other and a war broke out. The massive red blood army initially overwhelmed the blue blood but with the help of new technology developed by Kodo, the prince of the blue blood, the blue bloods were victorious. The new technology, called the Haguruma, is a powerful robot type machinery capable of devastating destruction. As the red blood people were enslaved, Kodo saw what monstrosity his Haguruma was being used for. Helpless red blood people were being hunted down and murdered. Overwhelmed by guilt, Kodo rescued the refugee red bloods and refused to build any more machines. His father, the king, ordered him to be executed, but he barely escaped and now without a home, he must survive on his own. (c) vyc

However, Takenomaru isn't just a regular person, he's determined to complete a mission and fulfill a contract... Note: "Naki Shoujo no Tame no Pavane" means "Pavane for a Dead Girl" and is a wordplay on the Japanese translation of a solo piano piece, written by French composer Maurice Ravel in 1899, called "Pavane pour une infante défunte" - Naki Ōjo no Tame no Pavane or Pavane for a Dead Princess. Spoilers included summary: Under a contract and as the messenger of the angels, Sagami Takenomaru is given the mission of gathering the "Tears of Maria". Several girls within this series have tears growing within their hearts therefore becoming victims in order to have their tear(s) gathered. Starting with his first victim, a pure and dreamy girl named Kaga Nanao, Takenomaru must continue searching for Maria(s) to fulfill his mission in spite of who the victim might be. Girls in the Marianne Music Academy consist of a variety from girls that Sagami Takenomaru have no relation to and have not known to a childhood friend that acts as an older sister to him.
