Having lived her entire life in the countryside, Suzume Yosano faces a new challenge when her parents head overseas for work and leave her with her uncle in Tokyo. On her way to her uncle's home, she loses her bearings and collapses. After waking up safely at her uncle's residence, she discovers that a mysterious man had come to her aid and is an acquaintance of her uncle. Strangely enough, this gentleman, Satsuki Shishio, turns out to be her homeroom teacher when she starts at her new school. Thus, Suzume must adjust to her new city school environment and forge new friendships, as she enters into a new chapter of her high school life!
