He heads toward Axis after the battle of A Baoa Qu with the remaining Zeon forces, where he meets a 14-year old Haman Karn, who begins to fall in love with Char. Char must also deal with Colonel Enzo, who plans to restart the war with the EFSF.

Based off Claudia Gray's Princess of Alderaan, so I'm gonna use that book's summary: It is Leia Organa's sixteenth birthday, and she participates in the traditional ceremony where she declares her intention to one day take the throne of Alderaan. But she's much more concerned about the way her parents are acting lately: lots of meetings and late dinners and not talking to her as much as they used to. Eventually she discovers the reason for their secrecy: their involvement in the increasingly organized rebellion. When Leia decides to become involved herself in the fight against the Empire, whether her parents approve or not, she will have to prove to them that she is a valuable asset who must be allowed to take a stand, regardless of the risk to herself. Her stand will also put her at odds with a pacifist young Alderaanian man who gives Leia her first kiss…and her first real loss.

The legendary loner Bolt Crank, who is the top adventurer in the world, has appeared once again. He takes on a variety of jobs in this far-future world, using his extraordinary ability, which is to eat anything (from screws to humanoid robots) and then reform it from his arm later, to great effect.

This technology is used by the Sibyl system to separate those who are judged to have the potential to commit crimes from the rest of society, and sometimes to execute them on the spot using a 'Dominator' gun. The detectives that hunt down criminals and potential criminals work in pairs of "Inspectors," who are respected citizens, and "Enforcers," who are expected to have insight into the minds of criminals. The story features Inspector Tsunemori Akane, who is now no longer a rookie detective, and introduces a new young Inspector named Shimotsuki Mika, who will join the fight against criminals and those judged to be potential criminals.
