Although she was a young horror writer, Bambi never believed in the supernatural. Her lack of belief made it easy for her to rent an apartment where a suicide had occurred. When her serialization was canceled, she was asked to write a short story based on a true experience. It wasn't until then that Bambi noticed the presence of a spirit in her apartment.
