There are many similarities in the makeup and appearance of the main cast to the cast of Doraemon, which was also created by Fujio, though the content of the story is completely different.<br><br>The main character is a scientific genius boy named Kiteretsu, who has built a companion robot named Korosuke. He frequently travels in time with his friends and Korosuke in the time machine he built. Miyoko is a girl in his neighborhood who is basically his girlfriend. Tongari is his rival, who happen to share some similar traits of Honekawa Suneo. Buta Gorilla (Kumada Kaoru) is a typical neighborhood bully, who also share similar traits of Gian (Takeshi Goda) except that he often antagonizes Korosuke. (though they are in grade school).

Depressed, Shino heads down to a black tea shop run by a guy named Shuuji to drown his sorrow by pigging out on cakes. Sometime in the past, Shuuji had a spat with a friend or something (referred to only as “that guy”) who thinks the best way to make up is send mysterious unmarked packages of randomly selected tea. I guess he has a history of sending dangerous gifts, as Shuuji gives Shino the tea “on the house” to see if it’s poisoned. Well, the tea appears to have been laced with a genie, who promptly grants Shino his desire to be with Maruyama... But be careful of what you wish for.
It was supposed to be his most lucky day ever right? So how did he end up dying? And if he's dead why did he wake up in a lab with a strange girl who says she wants to examine him? Not only has his hair turned white and his eyes red, but he can't seem to be wounded by anything. So much for a lucky day huh?

From Onadoru Euphoria: Shinesman is a comedy series that parodies shows like Power Rangers or Ronin Warriors. There were only ever two episodes released, with notably hilarious dubbing for a show. The manga series has 9 volumes and is drawn by Kaimu Tachibana, who often draws BL, so you can expect there to be innuendo or jokes about the male characters being too close. The main story in Shinesman is that Matsumoto has joined the Right Trading Company, and somehow was picked to become the newest member of a group of superheroes called "Shinesman" (which would sound like "Businessmen" in English). They fight evil aliens who are trying to take over the business world. It's light-hearted and undeniably cute. From Mangascreener: Ever seen a little show called Power Rangers? Or any of its relatives stateside or around the world? Well this is a mix between a parody, a satire and a tribute to all the greatness of Super Sentai all rolled into one... with a twist. This task force of heros have jobs, a boss and a 401k. Set during the bubble economy of the 1990s, this campy but loveable manga brings office comedy to a classic genre of super hero shows. If you have a chance, the anime is released in the United States (all 2 episodes) so go check it out, and get ready for the manga!
