The story revolves around Uyu Shunzi, an athletics girl whose always been cared for by the gentle Gunten and teased by her other classmate, Shuntsen Kougi. Kougi is a popular high jumper on their school and had always call Shunzi a monkey. Because of their constant bickering the two would always end up running laps as punishment. In their day to day lives, Shinzu had always thought she was a normal girl until a near fall on the school stairs caused her to find out a secret: She can fly.
She has lots of friends- but hasn't had that important conversation... She has a boyfriend- but there is another girl... Family too- Her family... the only connection is through blood. That kind of average high school girl- Saitou Aya is suddenly lost in Wonderland! The white bunny boy talks like a child. "You are my Alice. Our savior..." Aya = Alice's "Chosen world"? From Manga-Koekje: This is a shounen manga about a senior named Taketo Iwase and a dog named Salsa. As they set off early on to resolve a problem with a criminal that Toshifumi (Taketo's brother) is having, Taketo sees that there is more to the dog (that can communicate in the human language) than meets the eye. Together they solve a number of troubles and also meet other different species (cat girls, dogs, birds, etc). The author clearly shows that she is capable of drawing dynamic illustrations, especially in the fighting scenes although it make look somewhat shoujo at times. Wild Half has some very funny gag lines, some moving plots, helpful morals, in short, a little bit of everything packaged into one. (Shortened review written by Si)

Lastly, we have another side story with the characters from Afuresouna Pool.
