The year is 2008, and Mikuru is a 16-year-old high schooler who often disagrees with her mother Yuki. One day a girl appears in front of her—“Yuki;” a cute girl who’s thoughts, memories and body are from 24 years earlier. In short, Yuki has “time-slipped” from 1984 to the present, and when Yuki wakes up she is shocked to find that the year is not 1984, and that Mikuru is her daughter. Now both mother and daughter are the same age and living in the same house together, with an older man who’s supposed to be her husband. Until when she can return home, the girl who has crossed space-time decides to discover her future.

Story 1: A young woman who fell into a time slip. Story 2: A group of young people who was hiking get stuck at an old shrine because of bad weather, and one by one they are killed by a moster who was sealed at a cave below the shrine. Story 3: A group of people met up to tell their own horror stories.

Touu, a half-human youkai with a fondness for sweets, manages a pawnshop in a secluded part of town. Wan Lon, the bad-tempered young man who has become Touu's manservant in return for his help preserving his beloved sister's 'memories', gets all the troublesome jobs pushed on to him. The shop deals in human emotions. Any forbidden or irrepressible emotion that is tormenting the customers will, with their permission, be turned into crystal and pawned. Of course, it doesn't hurt that these beautiful crystals happen to be the sweet-toothed youkai's favourite food...

Lastly, we have another side story with the characters from Afuresouna Pool.
