A string of high school students have all been mysteriously murdered by being burned to death upon where water was evidently present. Junior High student Shirogane, a PSI (Paranormal Special Investigator) officer, takes action to solve this bizarre phenomenon. Then 10 yen coin contains a spirit who says she will grant the boy's wish of wanting to be together with the girl but the spirit can only cast magic worth 10 yen.
