This story is a sequel to "Shiritsu Kiwamemichi Koko" manga, and it focuses on Tora's journey to establish himself as the most infamous gang leader in Japan. Along the way, he meets Gakubo Masa, the leader of the Gokumasa family, whom he highly admires, and he decides to join the family on their wild adventures. With a perfect blend of humor and brutality, the manga takes the readers on a rollercoaster ride, starting from a juvenile detention center and culminating in the corridors of the Diet. The story follows the journey of Fenris, Chaos, Iris (a cleric who is Chaos' friend), and Loki (one of the top assassins in Midgard), who are pursued by the Valkyries, lead by the war goddess, Freya.
