In the near future, a BCI controller that reads your brain signals and makes your conscious dive into the virtual world of the Internet has become extremely popular. Katsuro, who was arrested for a certain crime, was adopted by police officer Yumeji and serves his prison term while living with his sister-in-law, Rin. However, at the request of his adoptive father, Katsuro investigates Internet crimes in exchange for reduction of his punishment.
The metropolitan police have a special squad of negotiators for talking down violent criminals in hostage situations and so forth. The two top negotiators have great knowledge of human psychology and experience in dealing with criminals, but they are missing something important. They are searching for someone who is capable of agape love-- unconditional and selfless love for all people. Such a person would be able to develop rapport easily with criminals, and therefore be a natural negotiator. Instead of finding a person like this on the police force, they find her in the form of the teenage girl Haruka. Will they be able to persuade her to become a negotiator for the police?
Dr Kim works at the Korean equivalent of NASA. He has talent, brains and is unparalleled with his programming skills. One day, he hacks into the Mars Rover and catches the glimpse of an alien. Unfortunately, the device wasn't recording at the time and so he has no proof and clearly no one believes him. And as fate may have it, that alien has come to Earth believing she had been caught on video and wanting nothing more than delete that proof before her boss finds out. Misunderstandings ensue as the two characters meet and are forced to work together as a new group of aliens start stirring trouble on Earth.
From Japanzai: Ichihara Tatsujou, a 21 year old virgin, begins dating Asahina Riko, a beautiful woman who is inexplicably interested in him. After the two begin dating, however, she reveals that she's only interested in virgins; as soon as the two have sex, she will dump him. Unwilling to give up on his first ever girlfriend, Tatsujou makes it his mission to convince Riko that there's more to love than a short fling ending after sex. At the same time, Riko concludes that she will seduce Tatsujou by any means necessary, and then immediately break up with him.
Rose Hip Rose is a manga about a teenage girl who fights crime. While the setup doesn't sound so great, it gets better as the manga progresses. The series' major strong point is the art. Along the way, she ends up having a showdown with a major criminal named The Goat. However, it seems that The Goat doesn't seem to like being caught. Be wary, though, the series is very violent. The art and story are by Fujisawa Tohru, author of GTO and Bad Company. The art is quite nice, but somewhat different from GTO's. If you like violence, gore, Fujisawa, or cacti, Rose Hip Rose is the manga for you. Oh yeah, did I mention it was violent?

However, we must not despair, they have returned from the depths of the red hell, and in order to defeat the impending disaster they carry with them a gift in their hands. "They have returned, the ones who posses the flash have returned to tear apart the fear."
As a manga author of a semi known series, Hirahara Daichi has the talent for coming up with stories, but is incredibly lazy and irresponsible. That leaves his two daughters, middle school student Ayumi and the even younger Sora, to pick up the slack. With the help of the assistant, Akane, the two kids are forced to draw and complete the series every month if they want an income for the household, a task no child should burden themselves with. On top of that, they must do this without people finding out because it will ruin the credibility of Daichi as an author and put a stop to the series. If being a teenager wasn’t hard enough, add to that the pressure of meeting deadlines for a national comic magazine.
