This is a less strict interpretation of the Kamen Rider BLACK TV show that incorporates more sensual and insect-inspired elements while also exploring a grittier storyline.
Ailey, the selfish daughter of a multibillionaire, "buys" her favorite rockstar in an intergalatical society and essentially forbids him from leaving her private planet, no matter how much he trys to leave. But as time goes on, the rockstar Marty, continues to resist, and she must either kill him or let him go.
Years after the country defeat and occupation period, Japan is still recovering. Although they are on the road back to mass industrialization and prosperity, strong handed economic and political policies have turned many areas into dilapidated slums. Anarchists and anti-government student protesters have taken up arms, stirring up violent social revolution riots. In order to combat this growing threat, the Japanese government has nationalized a division of the police, creating the Capital Police Organization (CAPO). The CAPO consists of hard-trained panzer troopers carrying heavy firearms and wearing special armor suits called Protect Gear, this specialized unit is feared by anti-government groups, criminals and civilians alike.

In short, Yuki has “time-slipped” from 1984 to the present, and when Yuki wakes up she is shocked to find that the year is not 1984, and that Mikuru is her daughter. Now both mother and daughter are the same age and living in the same house together, with an older man who’s supposed to be her husband. Until when she can return home, the girl who has crossed space-time decides to discover her future.

It appeared to them to be the girl’s fault, and they ostracized her, calling her ‘The Witch’. But from the masses emerged people who could use the Metaphysic particles to do battle with the monsters, Knights of Justice who transformed their beliefs into magical creatures to defeat the monsters. Using the twelve devices ‘Accessories’ that could magnify these beliefs, they became known as ‘12’ This is a story of a world where dreams become reality…
