The story depicts the people of Yonezaad, rising up against the re-invasion of King Carmel, who once ruled the Yonezaad continent. Many characters in Atagoal would make their first appearances in this series (Ex. Hideyoshi, Tempura, Gilbars, and Pantsu) although their roles are significantly different in this series than those from future Atagoal publications.
