"Love Game" rules: 1. All participants are already dead. 2. If you want to be resurrected, you must fall in love with one of the members. 3. Once the first couple have been established, it's game over for the rest of the participants. Nine people with different genders, jobs and age were gathered together by "God," who informed them that they're already dead and were to play his "Love Game." One of the participants, Rin held doubts for the aim of this game and the true face of "God" and is now desperately trying to get to the bottom of everything.

Sora and Tatsuki are stepbrothers (not blood related) whose parents died in an accident. Since then the elder brother, Sora Mukaihara has brought up the younger one, Tatsuki Mukaihara. Now Sora is a very popular mystery writer. Tatsuki who has moved out on his own, is now an editor of a women's magazine. However Sora can't stand being alone and spends all his time at Tatsuki's. Tatsuki feels guilty because he can't stop himself from loving Sora and decides to live a solitary life. Then Sora asks to have Tatsuki assigned as his editor when he agrees to do a series of interviews for Tatsuki's magazine.
1. Iku and Keita are childhood buddies. Naturally, having been friends for as long as they can remember, when one started to play baseball, so did the other. In a summer vacation, a group of 15 children discovered a mysterious man living in a seashore cave, along with his high-tech gadgets. The man claimed to be a game developer creating a video game with a giant robot defending Earth from 15 alien invaders, and asked those childs to test the game for him. The kids agreed happily at first, but soon they began to find the game horrifying, not only because of its realism but also because the first fatality among them happened right after their first victory. Worse yet, they had no idea how to stop or leave the "game."
