North Naska, in the sunny cold of the summer we follow Shana, a "Kaamachiq" seeks to protect his forest from imbalance.

A young teenager, Rin Okkotsu, after the tragic death of his parents swallows the eye of Loki in a desperate attempt to keep it from a spirit. Loki then reincarnates into his body giving him tremendous abilities, but that also makes him a target for other spirits who want this power. He is taken to the Evolites Academy, a school for people with special abilities like him. But his presence there only starts something unimaginable which could lead to Ragnarok.

Ayane has ended up homeless in the USA. In search of a better life, she comes across Stacey, a woman who is beating someone to death in an alley. Stacey catches Ayane, and notices her situation which causes her to confront Ayane with some bloody rhetoric, offering her comradery. After contemplating what she truly wants in life, Ayane decides to join Stacey in her mission to eat "American Apathy". However, Ayane couldn't possibly have been prepared for Stacey's means of change, less her reasons...
