The School of Water Business, known as "Mizushou", is the first of its kind. This story is told from the perspective of a teacher named Tanabe Keisuke who was transferred to Mizushou to help educate its inaugural class of students.

Growing up in an average family and experiencing unremarkable moments, Hiromi's upbringing was traditional. Despite holding a position at a medium-sized corporation, Hiromi longs for contentment.
