Leo, who had suffered the loss of his sister's vision due to the chaos that defines Hellsalem's Lot, discovers his own superhuman ability called "The Eyes of God." In his quest to understand this power, he connects with Libra and offers his assistance to their cause. Though hesitant at first, the group eventually welcomes Leo into their ranks. He joins a team led by Klaus von Reinherz, a brave and compassionate leader, and a crew of other colorful characters all working together on perilous missions. The team's main goal is to ensure Hellsalem's Lot stays safe, a city that never sleeps.
