The anime series Ueki no Housoku narrates the tale of the Battle of Supernatural Abilities, a championship that determines the upcoming ruler of the Celestial World. A hundred contenders are mandated to select a middle school student to fight on their behalf. Every student is bestowed with a distinct power, which involves converting one entity into another. The champion of the Celestial World contest will be crowned the King, while the laureate student will be granted the Blank Talent, a unique prowess that can manifest into any ability they desire.
Bi-Kwang is a handsome young warrior who becomes a drooling mess whenever he sees a pretty girl.
