The setting is ancient-China. Our main characters are poisonous (sometimes domesticated) harpy-like creatures, who get their poison and the ornate coloring that they’re so proud of, from the toxic plants which they eat. This is a yaoi focusing on the (somewhat fraught) relationship between two such harpies. If you’re here for a human x harpy relationship… Well, let’s just say you won’t be disappointed either.
Five years have passed since a blameless infant was spared from a demonstration, saved by her parents' self-sacrifice. As society teeters on the brink of further chaos and long-dead sinners inexplicably begin returning to life, the government steps in behind the scenes to tip the scales.
Kagari, an ephemeral beauty, reunites with her older childhood friend, Nana-kun, and begins her romantic assault on him.

To escape being forcefully married off to the terrifying and possessive god once again, Mei Shi will forge her own path under her own name: Mytha. She’s willing to defy the gods, humanity, and fate itself to end this cruel love story. Mytha, more than just a bride, will kill the God of the Afterlife herself.
