Rocket Princess was written by Nobuyuki Anzai before he started his work on Flame of Recca. Basically, we follow Ishibashi Kango through his days as he interacts with a cyborg by the name of Oozora Kohime. If you liked Flame of Recca, then I'm pretty sure you'll find something to like in this one, too.

From: Metroid Database Back in 1986, Japanese weekly gaming magazine Famitsu featured a series of short comics based on popular videogame series. One of these was Metroid! Titled "The Shape of Happiness", the comics are part of a larger series featuring other games. They are drawn by Tamakichi Sakura, who is more famous for Super Mario Adventures in Nintendo Power. This six-page comic was collected and republished in 1989 as part of Famitsu Comix. There are plenty of fun little details in the pages of the manga - note the working titles for Zelda II and Kid Icarus on page 2!
Venus Versus Virus revolves around the life of the young girls named Sumire Takahana and Lucia Nahashi, who met as Sumire mysteriously discovered Lucia's secrets at the Venus Vanguard, a group who hunts demons called "Virus" led by Lucia's adopted father Nahashi.
